Next week MacBeth & Co. in Glen Arbor, Michigan, is hosting a small show and reception for me. All Michigan pieces, mostly paintings done during my artist residency up there in June. The same weekend is the Glen Arbor Art Association’s paint out which I'll participate in on Saturday. Summer fun.
Here’s another painting I did earlier this month by the lake while we waited for darkness and the 4th of July fireworks. A quick one done in the hazy, evening light.
